3. Cybex Gazelle
The Cybex Gazelle is an excellent option for parents looking to purchase a stroller that will adapt to the needs of the family. It is a "modular" stroller or "convertible" stroller that can be set up in more than 20 ways to accommodate various seat units including infant car seats, cots and cradles.
The Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to maneuver making it ideal for parents who love to explore. It has a large storage basket and a range of attachments so parents can carry their groceries or do light shopping. It's a bit more expensive than other two-in-one prams but it's worth the cost as the quality and function of this model is top-quality.

This stroller features an easy-pull harness that makes securing your child in the seat a breeze. It features a sun canopy that has XXL removable panels and peek-a-boo windows. It also comes with a handy tray for parents to keep drinks, snacks and phones. Our mom tester Sophie from London used the stroller with her two girls aged 5 and 10 months. She used it on uneven, hilly terrain and cobbled roads and found it to be very comfortable and easy to move. She was delighted that the padded seats and footrests were ergonomically designed for comfort and the large shopping basket was practical. She also appreciated the fact that the hood and handlebars' fabrics could be washed in the washing machine, something that's important for busy parents!
4. Joovy Twin Roo+
The Twin Roo+ is a minimalist frame stroller that has car seat compatibility. It also has an enormous storage container. It's one of the most lightweight twin strollers available. It weighs 24 pounds without attachments for infant car seats, which is on the lighter side for a double stroller. It is slightly heavier than the UPPAbaby V2 double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 double.
2 in 1 pram stroller comes with a quick-start guide and is simple to use. It is easy to put together and takes less than 10 minutes to get road-ready. It doesn't come with a canopy built-in, so your babies will require their own sunshades if they need extra coverage from the elements.
During our testing during our testing, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a stroller that doubles as a stroller. It can navigate the majority of types of terrain with ease, however it has trouble going over grassy areas and gravel. It can also be difficult to steer up and over 1-inch curbs. This stroller is not recommended to use on stairs or off-road, but its suspension system can help to reduce bumps.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's hard to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a common problem with twin frame strollers, but Joovy offers an additional baby carrier bag under the seat to help address this issue.
The Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for car seat compatibility and storage but we would prefer a stroller with a bit more versatility. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a benefit, however it lets parents put their children's infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction, to better suit their needs.

The Delta is a bare-bones product which is lacking some features that other strollers that we tested offer, like an extended recline or a large storage basket. However, it's a great option for families on a tight budget and those who require a secondary stroller for occasional use, such as a day at the zoo.
The LX Side by Side is a lightweight, compact stroller that is easy to turn and push. Its compact frame, swivel wheels at the front and padded shoulder pad provide a smooth ride. The multi-position reclining seats and cup holders for parents ensure that passengers are comfortable.
